Mission description

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources and Learning and Development Officer who will work as part of the close-knit Human Resources team at Le Manoir. This role will be predominantly responsible for assisting the Human Resources and Learning & Development Manager in the day to day running of the HR department. This will include supporting all members of the HR team, as well as helping to organise and deliver some of the internal training. The successful candidate will be confident in offering advice to Managers and team members alike on all HR matters, and will have experience dealing with sensitive issues in a strictly confidential manner.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in Hospitality and working in Human Resources, is hands on and willing to fully understand the business and the individual teams. Strong administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and has some experience in delivering interactive and engaging training at different levels are all advantageous for this role.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:
- CIPD part or fully qualified or similar training qualification
- Experience working within Human Resources
- Experience working in hospitality
- Ability to inspire, encourage and motivate staff through learning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Innovative solutions and creative ideas
- A passion for attention to detail and excellence
